I have watched the conversation turn drastically from serious issues like the economy and jobs to social issues like abortion and contraception. While the Republican candidates think that campaigning on a ballot of "morals" will energize their base, as a liberal from Chicago, I can tell you it is doing more to energize Democrats to rally around their candidate.
